The PSA AK-V is a blowback operated system to ensure a smooth  reliable function. AK-V is built around rock solid components like a forged front trunnion and bolt/carrier. The design utilizes the Palmetto State Armory U9 35 round magazine, and also features last round bolt hold open.  The PSA AK-V will also accept CZ brand scorpion magazines for an added bonus!

The AK-V has a short 10.5” barrel that is threaded 1/2×28 so you can add your favorite muzzle device or silencer. The AK-V was tested and performs well while being suppressed, and is rated for +P+ 9mm ammunition. For those of you wanting to add an Optic the PSA AK-V has a Krinkov type flip up dust cover with a optic rail mount on the top. This provides easy mounting and zero of your scope while allowing access to the internals of the pistol.

The pistols also sports an M4 adapter with the SB Tactical SBA3 pistol brace for added safety & comfort. If you want to turn this into a Short Barreled rifle after NFA approval you can easily do this .Backed up by a PSA Lifetime Warranty.

Got a call last morning from local gun shop to pick up my package, Just picked it up and shot about 245 rounds today. The Korean 42 round mag is kind of finicky. Had a bunch of Failures to Feed (FTF). It eventually got better. I suspect this is a magazine issue since I tried it with some KCI 33 round mags and got through those without a hiccup. The 50 round drum was an issue with too many FTF but that may be a drum issue.
The front sight post was too loose. Elevation would adjust itself at each shot.
The tip of the cleaning rod twisted off. I have tons of those but little things matter.
It’s plenty fun but reliability is an issue. Just need to figure out which mags work best. Still trying to figure out a substitute of this in future
